One more life has been lost following the june 25th protests. 23-year-old Reagan Omondi, who was shot in the hand and leg while heading home on Wednesday evening, succumbed to his injuries at Kibera level 4 hospital on Thursday night. His body has since been taken to Nairobi funeral home. Omondi’s death brings to five the number of people shot and killed by police during the protests in Nairobi alone. Meanwhile, a postmortem on the body of Kenneth Ouma, who was shot in Karatina, revealed he was hit twice, with one bullet lodged in his chest.
